Return policy
Order Cancellation:
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
: We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. When returning an item, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping costs only once (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process. If you’ve completed all of the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
